I have been figging my wife for about 15 years now but only as a punishment for minor infractions.

Reading things on the net I see many people use it for for pleasure like a mild paddling or something.

Funny how it works different for different people.

Her reaction is light to med burning. I also spank or sometimes paddle her during the punishment.

Most of the time I lay her on her belly with a padded wedge under her hips to get her rump in the air. I tie her hands to the headboard and spread her feet apart and tie them to the footboard. I take my time peeling the ginger and lecture her as I peel it. Once peeled I use only spit as lube to insert it. Once inserted I begin the spanking or paddling.

Usually she submits the the situation in about 10 minuets. (From reading around the internet I think most people call that "Sub Space".) I call it total submission. It's the point after all the anger is out and the hard crying is over. My wife does her best listening after total submission.

Anyway I usually like to keep it in for about 5 to 10 minuets after submission to drive my point home.
